Terms & Conditions


1. Tour Cancellations

  • All tours can be cancelled up to 24 hours before departure by sending a written request via email to info@magicicelandtravel.com. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before the departure time are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests must be sent via email to info with the subject line:
    Refund Request – “Order Number”
    

2. Changes to Bookings

  • Any changes to a confirmed tour or package (including date changes or changes in the number of participants) must be submitted at least 24 hours before departure.
  • Reducing the number of participants in a booking is considered a partial cancellation, and the above cancellation terms apply.
  • While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, availability cannot be guaranteed.

3.Cancellation Due to Weather or Unforeseen Conditions

In the event that a scheduled tour is cancelled by the operator due to extreme weather, unsafe road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, the following options will be provided:

  • Rescheduling: We will assist you in rebooking the same tour for a different available date.
  • Alternative Activity: If rescheduling is not possible or does not suit your itinerary, we will offer an alternative activity of equal value at no additional cost.
  • Full Refund: If neither rescheduling nor an alternative activity is suitable, a full refund will be issued.

4. Refund Requests for Past Services

  • Requests for refunds related to completed tours or packages must be submitted within 15 days after the service has ended.
  • Refund requests must be sent via email to info with the subject line:
    Refund Request – “Order Number”

5. Pickup Policy

  • At the time of booking, you will select your preferred pickup location and starting time.
  • Failure to show up at the confirmed pickup location and time will result in a non-refundable reservation.
  • If you are unsure of your pickup location during booking, you may update it up to 24 hours before tour departure by emailing info@magicicelandtravel.com with your updated pickup details.

6. General Terms

  • Magic Iceland Travel is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, expenses, accidents, injuries, illness, or death that may occur during your tour resulting from your own actions or inactions.
  • We are also not liable for changes in tour schedules caused by weather conditions, flight delays, strikes, or other force majeure events.
  • Tour operators reserve the right to adjust routes, schedules, or itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances.
  • We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events or disruptions during your trip.
